âI had the privilege of experiencing a Breathwork Meditation session with Milardo, and it was truly transformative. Earlier that afternoon, I had participated in an intensive 1:1 Breathwork session, which already set the stage for deep introspection. During Milardoâs session, particularly the forgiveness meditation, I reached a profound sense of full forgiveness that I had not thought possible in such a short time.
Milardo expertise is evident in every aspect of his guidance. His peaceful and warm energy creates an incredibly safe and calming space, making it easy to fully immerse yourself in the process. His presence alone is grounding, and his knowledge shines through in his approach.
This session was much more than a meditationâit was a journey of healing and self-discovery. I wholeheartedly recommend Milardo to anyone looking to deepen their inner work and reconnect with themselves on a profound levelâ
"I recently attended a workshop on different types of meditation and somatic breathing, and it was a truly enriching experience.
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, creating a safe space for self-exploration and healing. The guided meditations were deeply impactful, helping to release emotional burdens and cultivate a sense of peace. The somatic breathing exercises were also a highlightâpowerful yet gentle, allowing for a deeper connection between mind and body.
What made the workshop even more special was the opportunity to hear from other attendees. Listening to their experiences and reflections was both inspiring and thought-provoking, adding another layer of depth to the practice.
Overall, it was a transformative and uplifting experience.â
No, not at all. The workshop is open to everyone, whether this is your first introduction to meditation and breathwork or you already have experience. Everything is explained calmly, guided carefully, and adapted to your pace. You do not have to force anything; you only do what feels right for you. Step by step, you are guided into the experience, with a strong focus on safety, grounding, and respecting your personal boundaries. It is not about doing it âright,â but about your own process and inner space.
In most cases, yes. Please let us know in advance by email so we can consult together and see what is appropriate. In cases of severe mental health conditions or medical conditions such as epilepsy, heart problems, or a history of psychosis, intensive breathwork is not recommended.
During the workshop, you always decide how far you participate. You can pause or stop at any moment. Your safety and well-being always come first.
The workshop runs from 13:00 until approximately 17:00â18:00, with arrival from 12:45. We start in silence and gradually build the program with movement, breathwork, and meditation, inspired by Vipassana, Zen, Dhammakaya, Voice Dialogue, and working with belief systems.
From experience, I know that pure theory or silence alone does not always land. That is why we combine different methods in an experiential way.
There is a short break of approximately 15 minutes, and we close with integration and optional sharing. You are guided throughout, and you always decide how deeply you participate. You remain responsible for your own process. Everything is allowed, nothing is required. We walk the path together, but you stay connected to what feels right for you.
We recommend attending the full session, as the buildup is important. However, a lot is possible in consultation. Please let us know in advance. Leaving earlier is always possible.
A bottle of water and optionally a light snack
Comfortable clothing that allows you to move and relax (think sportswear, soft pants, a warm sweater or socks)
Your own mat or blanket is nice, but not required
A light meal beforehand is perfectly fine. We recommend avoiding heavy or fatty meals from about two hours before the breathwork (around 17:00). A full stomach can make breathwork uncomfortable.
You may eat something light during the break. Drink enough water, but avoid drinking large amounts right before the session.

During some workshops, atmosphere images are captured for promotional purposes. You always have the choice whether you want to be visible or not. Privacy is handled with care and integrity. You can also decide afterwards whether you want to be shown recognizably. From experience, the idea is often more intense than the reality.
Aftercare is just as important as the program itself. After the workshop, you will receive a follow-up email with integration tips, reflection questions, and possibly a meditation or playlist to continue your journey at home.
We also open a private community channel (such as WhatsApp or an email group) where you can ask questions or share experiences. You do not have to do this alone. Sometimes insights only arise later. If something stays with you or you feel you need guidance, you can always reach out or book a 1-on-1 session.
